Police Miscunduct

misconduct. Police misconduct is a difficult thing to prove; the prosecutor

personnel files. They want to protect their witnesses and prove your
guilt. Prosecutors are political animals, and they want you to be another
notch on their political belts. But success can be had - with an attorney

Prosecutorial Misconduct
Another avenue of defense is prosecutorial misconduct. Police are not
the only people involved in your case who will commit misconduct. Prosecutors
