Our Experience
You are charged with a serious crime. You need to begin immediately
on your defense with an attorney that is going to work with you - and
against the prosecution. You need an attorney who knows the system,
the prosecutors, and the law.
I have worked at both the state and federal defender offices. I have
handled murder cases, death penalty cases, three strike cases, and numerous
other serious and violent felony cases. The evidence may be stacked
against you. The only way to unravel the prosecution's is for you to
hire a tough, aggressive, knowledgeable attorney who is not scared to
fight for your rights.

Police Miscunduct
As seen above, many cases can be settled or dismissed based on police
misconduct. Police misconduct is a difficult thing to prove; the prosecutor
will fight tooth and nail to prevent you from accessing the officer's
personnel files. They want to protect their witnesses and prove your
guilt. Prosecutors are political animals, and they want you to be another
notch on their political belts. But success can be had - with an attorney
who knows how to achieve it.
Prosecutorial Misconduct
Another avenue of defense is prosecutorial misconduct. Police are not
the only people involved in your case who will commit misconduct. Prosecutors
themselves will withhold evidence that could help you, and hide witnesses
they know can offer you assistance in your defense. It is difficult
ferreting out this information. But it is not impossible with an attorney
who knows how to identify the warning signs.
I am happy to consult with you on your case. But you must start NOW.
Time is of the essence. The sooner we get started, the sooner we can
begin planning your defense.
